Cancellation Policy
We understand that unexpected events happen. To remain fair and respectful of both our clients' time and our therapist's schedule, the following cancellation policy applies.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service rate.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows:
Will be charged 100% of the service rate.
Late arrivals:
Your session may be shortened to accommodate clients scheduled after you. Your therapist will determine whether there is enough time remaining to proceed with the session. However, the full amount will be charged.
Illness Policy:
If you are experiencing symptoms of any illness, please cancel your appointment or contact us to reschedule promptly.
